Rural Community Responders are a registered charity made up entirely of volunteers. There are many ways to be involved; responding, driving, administration, fundraising and lots more. So even if you feel unsure about the medical training or only have a small amount of time to give, there are still plenty of ways to get involved.

Anyone aged between 18 and 70 can become a responder. You need to be physically fit, have a full driving licence, access to a car, a caring approach and a little spare time. A sense of humour is often invaluable too!
